Custom development work and specialized integrations are available exclusively with our Enterprise Plan. This ensures we can provide the dedicated resources and ongoing support that custom solutions require.

How do the Standard Plan add-ons work?

Our Standard Plan includes core auction management features. You can add AI-powered catalog creation ($250/month), credit card processing integration ($100/month), and shipping integration ($75/month). All three add-ons together cost $425/month, bringing a full-featured Standard Plan to $675/month on the annual rate. Every add-on is included in the Enterprise Plan.

How does the commission structure work?

The 2% commission applies only to bids that come through the online platform, a fraction of what marketplaces like LiveAuctioneers charge. There's no commission on floor bids, phone bids, or other channels that you manage separately.

Is there a contract or commitment period?

The Standard Plan is $250/month with a one-year commitment. If you prefer no long-term contract, the same plan is available month-to-month at $350/month. Enterprise plans are customized based on your needs.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Our 45-day money-back guarantee applies to Enterprise Plan customers only. If you decide Circuit Auction isn't right for your business within the first 45 days, simply contact us and we'll process a full refund of all fees paid.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can switch between the Standard and Enterprise plans once per year. This ensures stability for both your business planning and our service delivery.

Are there any setup or implementation fees?

No. Setup, implementation, and standard training are included at no additional cost with both plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct bank transfers and other secure payment methods for both plans. We do not currently accept credit card payments.
